Anonymous Comments Now Available

I have to log out of this site in order to see what it looks like from the perspective of a non-registered user, and I realized yesterday that unauthenticated users couldn't view the comments or see the latest comments in the left hand column.

So I tweaked some admin stuff so that "access control" settings look like this.

It now looks like anyone can post & view comments and can see the latest comments on the left-hand column. I intend to keep it this way unless I start getting hit by SPAM.
